DBR completed MEP engineering services for a manufacturing facility for Tex-Isle in Robstown, Texas. The facility includes an office, lab, and manufacturing, which includes heat treat, threading/coupling, and testing. Approximately 20,000 SF of the manufacturing space was designed for future growth.

Major Infrastructure Design:

Substation & Power Distribution | 19 MVA Campus Electrical Infrastructure

  • New 138kV to 12.47kV substation providing reliable utility power to the facility.
  • Coordinated with utility providers to support long-term reliability and capacity.
  • 12.47kV / 7.2kV fused switchgear enabling protected, flexible campus distribution.
  • Five transformers delivering 480V power with total system capacity of 19 MVA.
  • Infrastructure designed for segmented load distribution, maintainability, and future expansion.
