DBR provided MEP engineering design services for the 66,000-square-foot micro-hospital in Houston, Texas. Developed through the adaptive reuse and interior build-out of an existing two story structure, the project transformed the facility into a modern healthcare environment designed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while maximizing the value of the existing building infrastructure. The hospital was designed to support a wide range of advanced healthcare services, including inpatient care, emergency services, operating rooms, procedure rooms, cardiac catheterization, diagnostic imaging, and surgical services.
