DBR is providing MEP engineering design services for the 150,000-square-foot renovation of floors 8 through 17 of the Roberts Hospital Tower at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. The MEP systems are being upgraded to meet current code requirements and address operational and maintenance concerns. Upgrades include the replacement of dual duct boxes, providing heating water systems on each floor, adding ducted return air, addressing airflow issues, and electrical upgrades.
