DBR is providing MEP engineering services for Wellby Financial’s new headquarters, a nearly $43 million project designed by Powers Brown Architecture. Located on 9.5 acres, the five-story facility will accommodate up to 500 employees and feature a parking garage, indoor and outdoor event spaces, along with flexible collaboration spaces and other amenities for team members. A member branch on the first floor will offer convenient access to the credit union’s banking services and resources.
The new facility will provide adequate space for the company’s future growth and will centralize the credit union’s operations by bringing teams currently dispersed across Houston together under one roof.
