DBR worked alongside Gensler and Kirksey Architecture to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for five new Class A office buildings on a 66-acre mixed-use development.

DBR and Gensler worked on One, Two, and Three Hughes Landing. One and Two are both LEED Silver, 8-story, 205,000-square-foot buildings featuring adjacent parking garages, high-end lobbies, a fitness center, conference center, conference room, deli, and direct access to many amenities within the mixed-use development.

Three Hughes Landing is a LEED Silver, 12-story, 340,000-square-foot building that includes a parking garage, conference, and fitness center.

1725 Hughes Landing (east), completed with Kirksey, is a LEED Certified, 12-story, 332,000-square-foot building equipped with a deli, fitness center, tenant lounge, and large conference room. 1735 Hughes Landing (west) is a site adaptation of the east building.

In 2022, Howard Hughes earned the prestigious Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) 360 Performance Program designation for Buildings One, Two, Three, 1725, and 1735.
