DBR provided MEP engineering services for the 14,000 square foot renovation of the Conroe ISD Network Operations Center, which included new offices, conference rooms, and a control room. The team designed an underfloor precision air conditioning system for the Data Center Room and a separate precision system for the UPS and Battery Room, along with clean agent fire suppression systems for both spaces. DBR also developed a new normal power distribution system that included a transformer, switchboard, and distribution panels, as well as redundant UPS units and emergency generators to support backup and emergency power needs. In addition, the project included designing a high-efficiency HVAC boiler system to replace the existing equipment.
