Jeremy Tarpley serves as a Senior Project Manager at DBR, with expertise in the commercial, multi-family, hospitality, and mixed-use markets. With over 18 years of electrical design expertise, Jeremy specializes in lighting, power distribution, and emergency generating systems. As a Project Manager, he coordinates the design of all MEP systems with other building trades.
Jeremy enjoys interacting with clients and has fun in the process, but he also knows when it’s time to get down to business. His responsiveness and attention to detail make him a valued team member at DBR.
Q&A with Jeremy:
Q: How have you adjusted your project delivery process given the current industry challenges?
A: As Randy Curry (CEO of DBR) often says, “Over-communication is the key to providing good quality service,” and it’s even more important now than ever before.
Q: What are some proven methodologies you have used to ensure DBR delivers projects that go above and beyond our client’s expectations?
A: The best way we can exceed our client’s expectations is to be available when a client has an issue, respond quickly, and provide requested information faster than they expect it.
Q: In your role of Project Manager what are ways that you ensure your project team keeps up to date on best practices and on the forefront of design innovation?
A: DBR does an excellent job at providing plenty of training opportunities as well as resources for designers and engineers of all experience levels. As a Project Manager, I encourage each of my team members to establish personal goals and work toward personal growth. And the resources are in place to allow this growth thanks to all the leadership at DBR.
