At DBR, we recognize the importance of giving back to the communities in which we work, live, and play. In 2022, we started a new mandatory volunteering program to encourage all employees firm-wide to participate in philanthropic events throughout the year. Our participation in the community is just one more way DBR is “Making Life Better.”
This year we are teaming up with the Houston Food Bank, San Antonio Haven for Hope, Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley, El Pasoans Fighting Hunger, Christian Benevolent Outreach Food Pantry, and the Central Texas Food Bank to lend a helping hand. Our employees are experiencing the joy that comes from helping others while building stronger relationships with one another.
