DBR is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Houston Office. The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and other project designers. Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of design components and design experience in electrical building systems including lighting, power and special systems.
DBR is seeking an Electrical Designer for our Houston Office to perform MEP electrical design as it relates to electrical systems for retail, commercial, K-12, higher education, hospitality and government facilities. Proficient in AutoCad/Revit. Experience with design of power distributions, lighting, fire alarm, security, audio/visual and telecommunications and special systems for new and renovated building types.

Structured Cabling/Security Systems Designer
Candidate will work with the Low Voltage Design and Project Teams to plan for the integration of low-voltage systems into the project. In this role, you will provide construction drawings and specifications to define the proper equipment hardware and cabling requirements, and guidelines for installation.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment, prior experience in electrical design, fire alarm design, electrical distribution design, and new construction and remodel designs is preferred.
Candidates must have an Associates Degree or higher in Engineering/Architecture, or equivalent. Must be proficient at reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and shop drawings. Must be capable of performing field observations of contractor's operations to see that they comply with contract documents. Minimum of 5 years experience.
DBR is seeking a Construction Manager/Construction Administrator to conduct visits to project job sites to observe progress on projects and generate observation reports. Candidates should have experience working directly with architects, project owners and/or construction manager representatives in a similar role.
