With a footprint of 4.23 million square feet under a single roof, the DTTP is the largest tilt-wall structure in the world, the third largest factory in the United States, and the fifth largest in the world.

The George R. Brown Convention Center achieves its first-ever LEED Gold certification! DBR’s Sustainability Department partnered with Houston First Corporation for recertification of GRB in Houston, Texas. Due to the commendable performance of the facility staff, administration, and the upgrade in systems, the 2,000,000 square foot project was able to achieve a rating of LEED Gold for Existing Buildings.
