The ExxonMobil office tower
(11 stories), located in The Woodlands, Texas,
is the tallest building ever built in The Woodlands.
It occupies the pre-eminent location visible from
I-45 just across Lake Robbins. The building has
almost 1,100 tons of air conditioning capacity
and has an energy efficient variable air volume
system. The project has two emergency generators
and an extensive data and communications wiring
system. The central plant is located in the parking
garage and building MEP services are extended
thru an air conditioned walkway utilizing an overhead
distribution system. The building also has an
outside air pre-treatment system for excellent
indoor air quality.

Office space renovations
in 2002. Total square footage: 38,085. Office
space includes approximately 50% open office workstations;
2 break rooms, a larger tenant lunchroom, a large
conference room, a training room, a small server
area and 250 square feet for an IT room.

The project area is approximately 150,000 rentable
square feet. The building was designed by Gensler
and Associates.
