Student Housing

This is a new 6-level, 300-bed dormitory building.  DBR provided full MEP and Technology engineering services.  The building includes a mix of private and shared bedrooms.  The first floor includes study and recreation spaces and a chapel.

The building is conditioned by an air-cooled chilled water system.  The electrical system includes a generator for life safety and egress systems and maintains minimal building power through extended power outages.  The building is equipped with wireless network access throughout.
