DBR provided MEP engineering and LEED consulting services for this new seventeen story, 447,440 square foot, Class A office building, which included the core/shell and tenant build-out.

Technip, which occupies 376,407 square feet, required a 2,900 square foot data center with a UPS and a separate emergency generator in the garage. The UPS in the data center distributed power through PDU’s (Power Distribution Units) that serve the server cabinets. Our design included an air-cooled chilled water system with four (4) CRAC units serving the raised floor data center, on slab UPS room and base building supply air to the staging room.

Energy Tower II was classified as LEED® Silver in October of 2011.
