This thirteen-story building in The Woodlands Town Center features a mix of Class A office space, retail and restaurant lease spaces.  DBR provided full MEP engineering services for the building which consisted of 268,263 square feet of professional office space, 39,943 square feet of retail space at the lower level, and a 225,000 square foot, six-level parking garage.
