DBR Engineering
Consultants, Inc. values and encourages
professional and personal growth. High performance
and quality engineering is expected, and consequently
DBR provides ongoing training and continuing
education for all employees. In-house seminars
and vendor brown bags occur periodically, and
departmental discipline meetings are held regularly.
Technical personnel have opportunities to attend
outsourced training through Trane, Carrier,
National Technology Transfer, Inc., and many
others.
Employees are provided with opportunities to
attend personal growth seminars such as those
held by Dale Carnegie and Franklin Covey as
well as leading educational facilities such
asRice University and Houston Community College.
DBR has an information
systems department who not only trains all personnel
in the appropriate computer software, but also
writes software specific to our field of study.
