Laredo Community College Designed by Gensler, Laredo is a new community college campus consisting of six buildings with associated surface parking areas, support facilities and various sports facilities. The approximate square footage of the campus is 220,000 square feet on a 60 acre site at US Highway and Lope de Vega Drive in South Laredo, Texas.   Laredo Community College Laredo, TX   Texas A&M Sbisa Hall This project consisted of 50,000 square feet of additions and renovations to the existing dish wash room, pantry space, kitchen and all involved equipment totalled a construction cost of $12.6 million designed by EDI Architecture.
